Paying for your Car

H.P. & Finance

We can arrange finance for your new car, subject to a satisfactory status check. To help with the finance proposal please bring, your driving licence, a recent utility bill showing your name and address, and two of your latest wage slips.

Cash

Due to Money Laundering Regulations, it is our Company policy to only accept cash up to the value of £5,000 in total.

Building Society Cheques & Bankers Drafts

Are accepted, please have them made payable to Village Green Garage.

Switch, Delta & Debit Cards

We accept all major debit cards. It is advisable to check with your own bank that any money that you may have transferred in to your account has been cleared and to advise them of your intended purchase.

Credit Cards

We do NOT accept American Express. We accept payments up to £500 on Credit Card without charge. For any amounts above this figure, we will make a charge of 2% to be added to the balance, in order to recover the charges levied on us by the Credit Card Companies.

Personal Cheques

If paying by personal cheque please remember that the banks can take 10 working days to clear them BEFORE your vehicle can be released to you.

Vehicle Finance Proposals

If you prefer and on your behalf, especially if you are traveling a long distance, we can check in advance, your eligibility for finance and also that the repayments are within your budget. Either click here for the Finance application form making sure it is accurate and complete or simply, give us a call on 01225 783388, when we will go through the finance proposal form with you, while you are on the telephone. Of course this application is not legally binding and you do not have to accept the finance, or buy a car from us.
